Board & Train

By purchasing this training package you agree to continue to make payments every week in the amount of $1500 for every week that you want your dog boarded/trained with us.  If a week of the payment is missed you will be required to make up the payment by the time the next payment is due.  ALL payments must be made before picking up your dog.  If there are 2 weeks of missed payments in a row without contact from the payee, we reserve the right to become the legal owner of your dog.

If any vet or emergency care is to be needed during the dog's boarding time, the payee is financially responsible for this and it must be resolved before the dog is to be released to go home.  Arrangement details can be sent from COSD to the payee in writing if requested.

The success of our Board and Train program depends upon the dedication of the handler to regularly attending follow-up training sessions and practicing assigned homework after the dog goes home.

Due to lack of dedication of many people, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any monies sent to COSD for training, evaluations, testing or other services. Unused weeks (paid for in advance) must be used within the next 12 months.

Follow-up sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be rescheduled for the following week at the same time slot. Follow-up sessions or scheduled boarding cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled or credited unless an authorized medical excuse (doctor's note, clinic receipt, etc.) is provided.

On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees: I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have against Central Ohio Service Dogs, its President, Training Director and Training Staff, as well as any others connected with this class or event, for any and all injuries which I and/or any member of my family and/or friends, or my dog may suffer while taking part in this class or event or as a result thereof. I hereby agree to accept responsibility for and indemnify and hold harmless Central Ohio Service Dogs or any of its agents from any and all claims by me and/or any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to any training session as a result of any injury or damage caused by any dog, including my own.
