Prerequisite - Your dog must know Sit, Down, Give Attention (watch), and loose leash walking and Stay to participate.
What You Get:
- Once a week group training sessions (45 min each) for 4 months (16 class sessions)
- Instructional training with the goal that your dog will be able to associate detecting a scent with a medical alert. (ex: dog detects something out of the ordinary in the handler's scent and alerts the handler.)
- You will be required to have 15 or more saliva or sweat samples in your freezer prior to starting the class.
- All other class materials will be supplied that are required.
